Dravidan Aviation Services Pvt Ltd entered in Airport space in 2018 and is developing and operating the Airports. Our integrated airports platform possess capabilities across a large part of the airport value chain. We provide a suite of capabilities across our airport platform covering airport operations, travel retail duty-free as well as duty paid, airport-linked real estate development, hospitality, We buy and develop Land across Pan India and also abroad, and operate them.

Its should have efficient services and wide range of shopping opportunities – in exclusive settings, offering leading brands and innovative products – ensure passengers enjoy a safe and comfortable stay. In addition, they have been designed for everybody: with full accessibility and assistance services for people with reduced mobility.

Airport aprons and taxi ways are built in compliance with DGCA regulations following internationally accepted norms,

with adequate slopes and friction to ensure smooth movement. The design is made according to guidelines for airport aprons, taxiways, runways by ICAO guidelines. We ensure safe & secure conditions for aircraft operations.

Presently, there are a significant number of greenfield airports being developed in the country that inherently come with issues of coordination within an operating airport while undertaking construction work for expansion works.

The civil aviation industry in India has emerged as one of the fastest growing industries in the country during the last three years. India has become the third largest domestic aviation market in the world and is expected to overtake UK to become the third largest air passenger market by 2024.

India’s passenger* traffic stood at 341.05 million in FY20. It grew at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.13% during FY16-FY20. Domestic passenger traffic stood at 274.50 million in FY20, growing at a CAGR of 12.91% over FY16. International passenger traffic stood at 66.54 million, growing at a CAGR of 5.01% during FY16-FY20.

Freight traffic grew at a CAGR of 5.32% during FY16-FY20 from 2.70 million tonnes (MT) to 3.33 MT. Freight Traffic is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.27% to reach 4.14 MT in FY23.

To cater to the rising air traffic, the Government of India has been working towards increasing the number of airports. As of March 2019, India had 103 operational airports. India has envisaged increasing the number of operational airports to 190-200 by FY40.

It is an enterprising enterprise by a group of well experience professionals towards achieving a new milestone in the history of India and aviation industry creating a new trend in connecting main domestic destinations where it is a business, pilgrimage, traditional hub making fast and safe connectivity and this increase the economic growth and activity and overall development of the 2 tier cities/town. It is a venture and vision of Mr. Umesh Kamath of Dravidan Aviation Services and ignited by Mr. Prabhakar Reddy of Wings Aviation to develop and implement domestic private airports in different parts of India and to begin with Tamil Nadu as a pilot project, operate small aircrafts on scheduled and non-scheduled flights connecting with main airports of the state thus reducing the journey time, giving an overall boost to Industry, Trade, Infrastructure and Tourism of the state.

India owns state of the art Airports and more are on their way to boost the air connectivity between cities and ease congestion In existing airports. Ministry of Civil Aviation highlighted the government plans to establish about 100 airports in the next 15 years at an estimated cost of Rs 4 Lakhs crores. Among them 70  airports will be at new locations while the rest will be second Airports or expansion of existing airfields to handle commercial flights.
